Master Management is pleased to announce that beginning Tuesday, June 10th, Comcast will be at the Clubhouse weekly in a space next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. Initially, there will be an account representative as well as a technician available at the Clubhouse on Tuesdays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Bulk Center of Excellence
The local Comcast local office is located at 3445 N. Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach and that is where equipment must be dropped off and picked up.
Non-bulk customers will be identified and re-routed to the non-bulk call center. Red Flag Policy procedures still apply, only the resident named on the account can make changes to account. New residents must verify themselves. Call Center will assist residents with:
– Billing questions/payment & billing research
– Account credits
– Upgrades/changes to services
– Trouble calls
– Customer education
– Disconnection of additional services
– Non-pay disconnects of bulk video service
– New residents installs
